More About the Cafe Space
- Available outside of cafe hours at $65/ hour (minimum 2 hours)
- Outside food and drink are welcome with prior arrangement, but you will not have access to the kitchen or any utensils.
- Alcohol is allowed with prior arrangement, but the renter assumes all responsibility and releases The Meeting Place from any liability.
- Include setup and decoration time in your reservation time frame, as events may be booked back to back.
- No glitter when decorating, please.
- Staff will be available for the first 20 minutes to address any questions or concerns and will also handle cleanup after your scheduled time. They will not be available during the duration of the event barring emergencies.
An emergency number will be provided. - The renter assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage incurred and releases The Meeting Place from all liability.
- Seating up to 75 persons (depending on configuration)
About the Meeting Room
- $25/hour or $125/day
- Available during Business Hours of 7:30am - 3:00pm
- Meeting room may be rented after business hours by Coworking Center members only.
- A projection screen is provided. Bring your own projector.
- Free wi-fi included.

Our guests are able to decorate the cafe space to fit the event! Feel free to rearrange tables and chairs and customize the space. We are excited to see how you transform the area!

The Fine Print
The reservation does need to be paid in full within 10 days of when the reservation is made in order to confirm it. If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days in advance, all of it will be refunded minus a $50 deposit. If canceled within 30 days of the event, there is not a refund. We do that because we are turning away other reservation requests once the reservation is confirmed.
