Custom and personalized orders
Let us know if you would like us to include a custom message in the special instructions when you submit an order and we are happy to include your message with the gift!
Remember to indicate who the gift is from. Because we specialize in gifts, we never include pricing with any of our shipments.
Our baked goods are made with no added preservatives and are shipped to your recipient using timely shipping. For optimal freshness, we recommend either enjoying the baked goods within a few days of receipt, or storing them in a refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy. Biscotti can be stored at room temperature for 4 to 6 weeks from receipt. Coffee should be stored in a cool, dark place like a cupboard (not a freezer).

Future Shipping Date
If you would like us to delay shipment so that your order arrives closer to a specific date, just include that information in the notes section when you check out, or send us a message after you place your order.
Free! Direct Shipping
We will ship your gift directly to your recipient – just enter your recipient’s address into the Shipping Address section when you check out. If you would like to purchase multiple gift baskets to go to different addresses, you can place each order individually, or order them all together and then email us for an address template: firstname.lastname@example.org
Did you miss the gift message at checkout? Or was yours too long?
No problem! Just message us right after your order is placed with the gift message and we will create a custom card to go along with your gift.
What are some of your most popular coffees?
Our most popular coffees are:
Lima Bean Blend - light/medium roast house blend
Guatemalan Antigua - full bodied, medium Guatemalan roast
Highlander Grog - butterscotch with a kick
Jamaican Me Crazy - the flavors of Kahlua and cream
and we keep those on hand at all times. We also feature some seasonal flavors that change throughout the year.

Can I get my catering order delivered?
Yes, we do deliver catering orders within Lima, Ohio for a fee of $12/ order. Please let us know the date and time as soon as possible so we can reserve it in our calendar. We may need to adjust your time if we already have other orders scheduled then.
We also have a partnership with DoorDash if you would prefer to order for delivery through their service. NOTE: Our prices are higher on DoorDash to cover their fees.
Is there a list of catering options available?

Can I get catering the same day?
Yes, we often can accommodate same day orders, although for very large orders, we may need more notice. Just ask!
What are the most popular catering options?
Our Traditional Boxed Lunches (wrap, chips, housemade cookie) and our CFO Boxed Lunches (half wrap, side salad, housemade cookie) are the most popular. We choose a variety of customer favorite wraps. Let us know if you need vegetarian or gluten-free wraps.
How can I reserve the meeting room?
- Our large meeting room fits up to 20 people and is $25/hour or $150/day. On the weekend, it is only available to Coworking Center members. It can be booked by anyone during the week.
- You may also reserve the entire cafe after 3 pm on weekdays, or on Saturdays and Sundays for $50/hour
Can I bring in outside food?
You may not bring in outside food to our meeting rooms, with the exception of a specialty cake or your own alcohol (permission required). All other food and drink much be purchased at The Meeting Place. Those who reserve the entire cafe after hours may coordinate with us to bring in an outside caterer or other food options.
Where can my attendees park?
We recommend that attendees park across the street at 215 W. Market St (the old Union Bank). We have the entire lot available for our customers, and you can park there all day long.
How can I sign up to exhibit my artwork at The Meeting Place?
Artists are assigned on a monthly basis and sometimes we are booked out months in advance. If you are interested in being a featured artist, please fill out this form (or ask our staff to fill it out for you):
If artwork is marked for sale, we do charge a 15% commission on items that are sold. You will be paid 85% of the sale price at the end of your exhibit for those items that are purchased by customers.
Can I play a concert at The Meeting Place on Market?
Because we do not maintain a music license for playing cover songs, we only work with professional event companies for planning ticketed events. If you are interested in playing for an open mic event, we recommend reaching out to our partners at Legacy Arts. If you would like to plan a ticketed event at The Meeting Place, please fill out our contact form and we will follow up.
