Shipping policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ('Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. 

Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. 

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to customers within a 5 mile radius of our downtown Lima location at 220 West Market Street Lima, Ohio 45805

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all in-stock gift boxes. 

Shipment Timing

Gift box orders will be shipped out the next business day. As a default, we use UPS ground shipping, unless the order is being shipped to a PO Box, in which case we ship using USPS Priority Mail. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee - contact us for options. Canadian shipping available for select (non-bakery) items.

Some coffee bag orders may take a day or two longer for us to ship out if you order specific flavors, in order for us to restock our supply. We want all our coffee to be shipped to you freshly roasted!

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. For current delivery schedules, service availability and information, and a description of the UPS service Guarantee, see the UPS Rate and Service Guide. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

    - Canada

Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restriction in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS? 

Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS and shipping times may vary. 

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional time to be delivered than the average projected date. 

Orders are shipped on Monday through Friday; not including major national holidays. Deadline to ship out products is 2pm EST daily. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. If there is a delay through the third party delivery service during the shipment process, we are not usually informed of these. Please reach out to us at info@meetingplaceonmarket.com if any assistance is needed in tracking a package and we may be able to help file a claim and get it resolved.
