If you read the title of this entry, you may have thought that this blog post was going to teach you how to avoid mistakes in baking. If that’s true, this is not the post for you. First things first, you should know that I don’t believe in punishing yourself for mistakes in baking. If you read my last post, you know that baking is 95% chemistry. And ya’ll, chemistry is hard!
