Our baked goods are made with no added preservatives. For optimal freshness, we recommend either enjoying the baked goods within a few days of receipt, or storing them in a refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy. Biscotti can be stored at room temperature for 4 to 6 weeks from receipt. Coffee should be stored in a cool, dark place like a cupboard (not a freezer).
