Where the Coffee Shop Meets the Cubicle - The Meeting Place on Market

Where the Coffee Shop Meets the Cubicle

This article gives a good summary of the business incubator idea we have for the second floor of the Meeting Place on Market:

We would like to remodel the second floor to provide office space, with shared internet, phone and copy room.  We would also like it to be as environmentally friendly as possible - solar energy?  Other ideas?

Is this type of arrangement something you would use? Any thoughts on making it environmentally friendly?

The attached photo is a picture of building in which The Meeting Place on Market is housed, just a few years after it was built in 1917.
