The Allen County Chamber of Commerce invited me to describe how The Meeting Place on Market pivoted a classic brick and mortar retail coffee shop into a diverse business with ecommerce, subscription, and coworking products and services; and how to assess the external environment - such as changing demand, shrinking margins, and increased competition.
