Gift Boxes Ship Free

All gift baskets ship free! We ship them out on the next business day, and then normally arrive within 5 business days. We will ship your gift directly to your recipient – just enter their address into the Shipping Address section when you check out. Care Instructions

Our baked goods are made with no added preservatives. For optimal freshness, we recommend either enjoying the baked goods within a few days of receipt, or storing them in a refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy. Biscotti can be stored at room temperature for 4 to 6 weeks from receipt. Coffee should be stored in a cool, dark place like a cupboard (not a freezer).

1 Flavored Coffee - we select one of our most popular flavored coffees for the season. Flavors like... Highlander Grogg (the rich, spicy taste of Irish cream) and Jamaican Me Crazy (caramel, Kahlua & cream flavored)

1 Origin or House Coffee - we include one of our featured origin /house coffees, such as Guatemalan Antigua, Costa Rican, Ethiopian or our house Lima Bean Blend coffee, a medium roast, mild blend of beans.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to customers within a 5 mile radius of our downtown Lima location at 220 West Market Street Lima, Ohio 45805

We offer free standard shipping on all in-stock gift boxes.

Shipment Timing

Gift box orders will be shipped out the next business day. As a default, we use UPS ground shipping, unless the order is being shipped to a PO Box, in which case we ship using USPS Priority Mail. USPS may be used for packages going to Alaska or Hawaii. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee - contact us for options. Canadian shipping available for select (non-bakery) items.

Some coffee bag orders may take a day or two longer for us to ship out if you order specific flavors, in order for us to restock our supply. We want all our coffee to be shipped to you freshly roasted!

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders shipped to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS and shipping times may vary.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional time to be delivered than the average projected date.

Orders are shipped on Monday through Friday; not including major national holidays. Deadline to ship out products is 2pm EST daily.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. If there is a delay through the third party delivery service during the shipment process, we are not usually informed of these.
