Shipment Timing

Gift box orders will be shipped out the next business day. As a default, we use UPS ground shipping, unless the order is being shipped to a PO Box, in which case we ship using USPS Priority Mail. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee - contact us for options. Canadian shipping available for select (non-bakery) items.

Some coffee bag orders may take a day or two longer for us to ship out if you order specific flavors, in order for us to restock our supply. We want all our coffee to be shipped to you freshly roasted!

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address!

It’s ok, it happens! Message us with the correct shipping address and we will edit it and be sure it gets to the intended recipient. Well, as long as you catch us before we get it shipped out. If you made a mistake and the package has already been delivered to the wrong address, contact us at and we will split the cost with you to ship it out again (we offer a 50% discount in the case of an honest mistake). 

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges:

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Because of the nature of custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Remember to indicate who the gift is from. Because we specialize in gifts, we never include pricing with any of our shipments.

Care instructions

Our baked goods are made with no added preservatives and are shipped to your recipient using timely shipping. For optimal freshness, we recommend either enjoying the baked goods within a few days of receipt, or storing them in a refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy. Biscotti can be stored at room temperature for 4 to 6 weeks from receipt. Coffee should be stored in a cool, dark place like a cupboard (not a freezer).

Future Shipping Date

If you would like us to delay shipment so that your order arrives closer to a specific date, just include that information in the notes section when you check out, or send us a message after you place your order.

Free! Direct Shipping

We will ship your gift directly to your recipient – just enter your recipient’s address into the Shipping Address section when you check out. If you would like to purchase multiple gift baskets to go to different addresses, you can place each order individually, or order them all together and then email us for an address template:
